In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to China, Kyushu Fangyuan Seal was celebrated by all over the world. This seal was created by Master Meng Chao, Pu Wu Yuanxu, who was supervised by China National Association of Arts and Crafts.

“普天同慶九州方圓寶璽”璽基上刻“九州方圓”意指中國神州大地，又呼應1997年香港回歸時，中央贈送香港的九州方圓紫荊花雕像，玉璽一方一圓，以圓壁相連;璽鈕以螭龍淺海為造型，意指中華民族是龍的傳人，祝愿祖國吉祥美好，兩印同一龍體寓意團員共進，振興中華，也包涵一國兩制，天下一統的深意。其上又銘刻香港文化大師金庸先生作的《香港賦》，以及人民大會堂懸掛的巨幅鐵藝書法《中華頌》，玉璽集二者于一身，既有中國五千年文化之貌，又體現大國風采。

"All the world celebrates Jiuzhou Fangyuan Baoxie" inscribed on the base of the seals means the land of China's Shenzhou, and echoes the 1997 return of Hong Kong, the central government presented the statue of the Bauhinia Flower of Jiuzhou Fangyuan to Hong Kong, one side of the seals is a circle, connected by a round wall; the seals are shaped by the shallow sea of Chilong, which means that the Chinese nation is the descendant of the dragon, wishing the motherland good luck. Good luck, the two seals work together with the members of the Dragon Body Implication League to revitalize China. It also contains the profound meaning of one country, two systems and the unification of the world. It is also inscribed with the Hong Kong Fu written by Mr. Jin Yong, the master of Hong Kong culture, and the huge iron-art calligraphy "Ode to China" hanging in the Great Hall of the People. The jade seals are a combination of the two, reflecting not only the appearance of China's 5000-year culture, but also the style of a great country.

普天同慶九州方圓寶璽由中國國家工美協會權威監制，全程擔綱，題材重大，工藝大師選用上等天然和田青玉，耗時3年時間才設計雕刻完成!寶璽沿用圓雕、鏤雕等100多道皇室玉璽雕刻工藝，每套玉璽都要從數十公斤的整塊玉料中剖取純凈玉髓，龍盤云海造型雕刻更加困難，需上千次的反復雕琢。雕出的寶璽形神兼備，栩栩如生，每一件都堪稱的玉雕藏品，具有很高的收藏價值。相信《普天同慶九州方圓》寶璽必定會在世界歷史長河中留下濃墨重彩的一筆

Putian Tongqing Jiuzhou Fangyuan Seal is supervised by the authority of the National Association of Arts and Crafts of China. It takes three years for the master craftsmen to design and carve the top-grade natural Hetian Qingyu. The seals follow more than 100 Royal seals carving techniques, such as round carving and carving, each set of seals should be made from tens of kilograms of whole jade. When pure chalcedony is cut in the middle, it is more difficult to sculpt Longpan Yunhai sculpture, which requires thousands of times of repeated sculpture. The carved seals are both vivid and vivid, each of which can be called a collection of jade carvings with high collection value. It is believed that the precious seals of "Celebrating Jiuzhou Square Circle in All Heavens" will surely leave a strong mark in the long history of the world.
