此弊中華民國開國紀念雙旗幣，正面十八星旗和五色旗相互交叉，系以結帶，反映出了社會背景和時代特征，雙旗上方位置環有“中華民國”的四個楷書繁體字樣，下端有“開國紀念幣”五個楷書繁體字樣。
The Double Flag coin of the founding of the Republic of China is crossed by eighteen star flags and five colored flags on the front, which reflects the social background and the characteristics of the times. The position above the two flags is surrounded by four regular scripts of the Republic of China, and at the bottom are five regular scripts of the commemorative coin of the founding of the Republic of China.
左右兩側還各分列有一朵花飾，背面珠圈內“十文” 嘉禾，圈外花紋環繞，此枚雙旗幣現存世量極少，且保存較好，具有很高的歷史價值、藝術價值和收藏價值。
