五子登科本為中國民間諺語，最初來源于民間故事，話說五代后周時(shí)期，燕山府有個(gè)叫竇禹鈞的人，他的五個(gè)兒子都品學(xué)兼優(yōu)，先后登科及第，故稱“五子登科”。竇禹鈞本人也享受八十二歲高壽，無疾而終。
