陳鳴遠(yuǎn)，名遠(yuǎn)，號(hào)鶴峰，一號(hào)石霞山人，又號(hào)壺隱，清初康雍年間人，是清初宜興著名的紫砂藝人。《宜興縣志》稱陳鳴遠(yuǎn)是近百年來壺藝成就第一名手，不僅有一手制作的好功夫，自制自署，在繼承的基礎(chǔ)上不斷創(chuàng)新，雕鏤兼長，豐富了紫砂陶的造型藝術(shù)，發(fā)展了紫砂的品種，且銘刻書法亦古雅流利，別具非凡的晉唐風(fēng)格，在宜興紫砂工藝史上享有很高的地位。

陳鳴遠(yuǎn)還擅長雕鏤堆花積泥，在紫砂壺上塑造出許多富于變化的立體雕飾。此外，他還制作了別具風(fēng)格的紫砂案頭擺件和陳設(shè)品，如異獸、梅干筆擱、三足龜提梁水注、伏蟬葉形碟、南瓜水滴、蓮瓣水洗、竹段筆擱、八仙小件等，皆雅致精巧，趣味盎然，令人愛不釋手，彰顯了一代大師的高超技藝和審美情趣。該藏品選料考究，包漿老舊自然，款識(shí)正宗，保存完好，是一件不可多得的文人案頭賞玩擺件，陳明遠(yuǎn)一生所創(chuàng)作的仿生紫砂擺件本來就較少，留存下來的就更少了，且多為小件，大個(gè)頭的擺件尤為稀少，保存下來的就極為罕見。目前，紫砂器收藏方興未艾，極為受寵，價(jià)格也被不斷刷新，該藏品集名人制作和文玩雅器于一身，所以，極具藝術(shù)價(jià)值和升值價(jià)值。本品將在2019年8月13日于臺(tái)北故宮博物院晶華亭上拍，如有意收藏的藏友們請(qǐng)盡快聯(lián)系。
