此爐敞口，方唇，頸矮而細，扁鼓腹，飽滿偏高，口厚腹壁薄，三鈍錐形實足，口沿左右鑄獸形耳，銘文年款于爐外底，刻有“宣德年制”，書法自然舒朗，優美大方。皮色呈黃褐，實蘊藏經，寶光溢彩，銅質金燦似火，黃銀相滲，赤色密潤，為混合精煉銅也，細密膩實，必得十二煉，方可鑄出此等高器也。煙熏痕跡清晰，整體貴重大氣，神韻高尚，是為廳堂上光耀重器也。且傳承有序，極品佳器，具有極高的藝術價值與收藏價值。
