正面中央珠圈內為唐繼堯免冠淺浮雕頭像，珠圈外兩側菊花枝葉向上環繞珠圈，上緣鐫刻“軍務院撫軍長唐”7字；背面，中央珠圈內交叉雙旗紋飾，分別為十八星軍旗和五色國旗，珠圈外，上緣書“擁護共和紀念”6字，以示紀地，下緣書“庫平三錢六分”六字，以示紀值。上下緣其間左右各列四角小星花為紋飾點綴其間。極美品，收藏價值極大。
