1908年(光緒三十四年),"吉"字庫平壹兩大清銀幣問世。該幣為天津造幣廠代鑄,為試鑄樣幣。

正面"吉"字居中,點圈內(nèi)鐫"大清銀幣"四字,兩側(cè)鐫"戊申"二字,上鐫滿文,下鐫"庫平壹兩"四字。背面蟠龍居中,外圈為英文,兩側(cè)鐫小花飾。
