光緒元寶

光緒元寶是清朝光緒年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督張之洞率先引進英國鑄幣機器鑄造銀元和銅元，之后各省紛紛仿效。共有十九個省局鑄造，除中央戶部，地方省所鑄銅元，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫省名。其后，各省紛紛仿效，購制國外機械鑄造銀，銅元，而光緒元寶就在這個時期應運而生。這一時期各地造幣廠均有開鑄，并且各盡所能，自行設計，出現了一大批具有各地特點的龍圖、花式的光緒元寶。其中"湖北光緒元寶當十"因存世量較為稀少，備受藏家青睞！

Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currencies circulated during the period of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty. Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangdong and Guangdong provinces in Hubei, took the lead in introducing British coin machines to mint silver and copper yuan, which were followed by other provinces. There are nineteen provincial bureaus casting. Except for the central household department, the copper coins cast by local provinces are all inscribed on the upper margin of their fronts. Later, various provinces followed suit and purchased foreign machinery casting silver and copper yuan, and Guangxu Yuanbao came into being in this period. During this period, mints all over the country were opened and designed by themselves to the best of their abilities. A large number of dragon charts and fancy Guangxu Yuan Bao with local characteristics emerged. Among them, "Hubei Guangxu Yuanbao Dang 10" is very popular among collectors because of its scarce stock.

此"湖北省造光緒元寶當十"正面鑄有銘文，頂部鑄楷體“湖北省造”四字，底部鑄幣值“當十”兩字，珠圈內鐫“光緒元寶”四字，中心飾一八瓣花。背面神龍紋路精美，如刀刻所成，鑄造工藝神乎其技，且有云海襯托，看上去仿佛是一幅神龍翱翔天際油畫，極其瑰麗，美得動人心魄！湖北省造光緒元寶作為近代錢幣中最為精美鑄幣之一，其確實風格獨特，文化內涵豐富，是不可多得的珍稀之品！

Inscriptions are cast on the front of this "Guangxu Yuanbao Dang 10" with four characters in italic at the top, "Made in Hubei Province", two words in coinage value at the bottom, "When 10", four words in Pearl circle "Guangxu Yuanbao", and eighteen flowers in the center. The back of the dragon is exquisite, such as knife carving, casting technology is superb, and the sea of clouds set off, it looks like a dragon soaring in the sky oil painting, extremely magnificent, beautiful! As one of the most exquisite coins in modern times, Guangxu Yuanbao, made in Hubei Province, has a unique style and rich cultural connotation. It is a rare and precious product.
