中華民國開國紀念幣雙旗十文，品相完好，幣面整潔，銅銹自然，光澤明亮，色澤均一，有著較高的藝術價值。錢幣正面珠圈內左為十八星旗、右為五色旗，兩面國旗相互交叉，上系結帶，飄逸灑脫;珠圈外上環為“中華民國”四字，下環鑄“開國紀念幣”字樣。
