光緒元寶是清朝 光緒 年間流通的貨幣之一。由湖北兩廣總督 張之洞 率先引進(jìn)英國鑄幣機器鑄造銀元 和 銅元 ，之后各省紛紛仿效。共有十九個省局鑄造，除中央戶部，地方省所鑄銅元，皆在其正面上緣鐫寫省名。
Guangxu Yuanbao was one of the currencies circulated during the Qing Dynasty. Zhang Zhidong, governor of Guangdong and Guangdong provinces in Hubei, took the lead in introducing British coin machines to produce silver and copper coins, which were followed by other provinces. There are nineteen provincial bureaus casting. Except for the central household department, the copper coins cast by local provinces are all inscribed on the upper margin of their fronts.
錢面：珠圈內(nèi)滿漢文“光緒銀元”，上環(huán)“云南省造”，下環(huán)“庫平三錢六分” “光緒元寶”四個字，字體俊秀。 [光]字最后一筆豎彎勾，做了一個鳥的造型，鳥嘴緊連[光]字一瞥。光緒的[緒]字中間那一瞥，仿佛刀柄，一刀刺進(jìn)了[緒]字的心臟。[元]字，錘擊鳥眼，有吸干大清元氣之意。 [寶]字的寶蓋上面一點，探出寶蓋下方，字體寫的柔弱飄逸。
Qian Mian: The Chinese characters "Guangxu Silver Dollar" in Pearl Circle, the "Made in Yunnan Province" in Sheung Wan, the "Kuping San Qian Six Points" and the "Guangxu Yuanbao" in Lower Ring are beautiful. The last stroke of the word "light" is bent vertically, creating a bird shape with its beak tightly connected to the word "light" at a glance. The glance in the middle of the word "Xu" in Guangxu's reign was like a hilt, and a knife pierced the heart of the word "Xu". The word yuan, hammering the bird's eye, has the meaning of draining the vitality of Qing dynasty. The character "Bao" is slightly on the top of the treasure cover and leans out of the bottom of the treasure cover. The handwriting is soft and elegant.

錢背：正中蟠龍圖，左右各一六點花星。蟠龍為長須龍，眼神靈異炯炯有神;龍鱗雕刻細(xì)密有致，騰云駕霧，身姿遒勁有力;龍爪張揚，神武有力;龍身盤踞太陽，盡展皇家威嚴(yán)大氣。此蟠龍圖 是中國所有龍洋圖案銀元(包括國外發(fā)行的所有銀幣)中，工藝最精湛，雕工最完美，浮雕感最強烈的品種，鏡面平整光滑，紋飾的相慣線，顯得非常清晰。它有著歷史熏陶，具有深遠(yuǎn)的歷史紀(jì)念意義。
Qian Bei: In the middle of the picture is a dragon with 16 stars on each side. Panlong is a long-bearded dragon with intense and miraculous eyes. Long Lin is finely carved, walking in clouds and driving in mist, and has a powerful figure. The dragon's claws are conspicuous and SHEN WOO is powerful. The dragon's body occupied the sun and displayed the majesty of the royal air. This flat dragon figure is the most exquisite craft, the most perfect carver and the strongest relief among all the silver coins of Long Yang design in China (including all silver coins issued abroad). The mirror surface is flat and smooth, and the decorative pattern is the same line, which is very clear.It has historical edification and profound historical commemorative significance.
