康熙通寶，古代錢幣之一。清康熙皇帝在位時社會政治比較穩定，經濟發展很快，商品交換、貨幣經濟也非常發達，康熙一朝的錢幣鑄造得非常精美，大都很規整，錢型厚重，文字美觀大方，而且鑄量極大，存世非常豐富。

康熙年間，全國設有24個鑄錢局，不同鑄錢局鑄行的錢幣各不相同，將這24種錢幣集齊即一套，從這24種錢幣正面文字看，沒有多大區別，皆為康熙通寶，其背文卻各不相同，除戶部寶泉局和寶源局為滿文外，其它22種錢幣均為滿漢兩文各有一字，其左為滿文，右為漢文，這22個漢字代表22個鑄錢局，若細分版別，還有一種康熙“羅漢錢”。

該錢幣正面“康熙通寶”，背滿文“寶泉”，表面泛金色，屬羅漢錢。事實上“羅漢錢”是專為康熙皇帝60壽辰而鑄的一種祝壽錢。康熙是清代在位最久的皇帝，長達61年，正是他60大壽，特命戶部寶泉局（當時的造幣廠）精鑄一批“萬壽錢”作為壽辰紀念，錢幣背面左右為滿文“寶泉”兩字，表示北京戶部寶泉局制造。這種錢幣做工尤為精美，由于有傳說摻入金質羅漢的材料而鑄，所以后人把它打制成戒指，或把它熔煉提出金子，或當作壓歲錢賜予晚輩，或在女兒出嫁時作為壓箱錢，致使存世數量越來越少，至今已成為泉家不易多得的少見品種。

It is said that it was mingled with the material of the golden Arhat, so later generations made it into rings, or melted it into gold, or gave it to the younger generations as lucky money, or used it as a box money when their daughter got married, resulting in fewer and fewer coins surviving in the world.
