這枚錢幣正面中央圖案為“十八星鐵血旗”和“五色國旗”交叉而立、旗后有纓帶，雙旗寓意全國一統與民族大團結；直徑：2.9cm 重：6.8g。錢幣正面圈外上部書中華民國；左右飾有花紋；下方為開國紀念幣；背面則鐫“十文”標明幣值。左右圖案則為稻穗組成嘉禾紋，寓意豐民足歲； 此枚錢幣保存完好，包漿渾厚，流通使用痕跡明顯，錢幣上面的圖文至今仍然清晰可見，乃當時造幣量較少的一種品種，極具收藏價值。該錢幣保存較為完好，包漿濃厚，值得收藏。
