聯(lián)合國郵票上展現(xiàn)世界頂尖藝術(shù)巨匠人物應(yīng)祚智風(fēng)采Top International Artist Ying Zuozhi Featured on Stamp Issued by UNPA 【時代周刊 記者翹華】 隨著中華傳統(tǒng)文化在國際上的廣泛影響，近日聯(lián)合國郵政部門發(fā)行了一張以世界藝術(shù)巨匠應(yīng)祚智肖像為主題的紀(jì)念郵票。這張郵票的發(fā)行是對應(yīng)祚智巨匠多年來在中國書畫研究上取得杰出成就的充分肯定和贊譽。〈Qiao Hua, Times〉 - In response to the growing international influence of Chinese traditional culture, the United Nations Postal Administration(UNPA) recently issued a commemorative stamp with the portrait of the world art master Ying Zuozhi. This stamp is the best recognition and affirmation of the achievements made by Mr. Ying in Chinese painting and calligraphy over the years.據(jù)悉，聯(lián)合國郵政總局是世界上唯一既不是國家又沒有領(lǐng)土但卻可以發(fā)行郵票的組織，也是世界上唯一以美元、瑞士法郎和歐元三種不同貨幣發(fā)行郵票的郵政當(dāng)局。聯(lián)合國郵票的設(shè)計聘請了世界各國著名美術(shù)家，郵票構(gòu)圖新穎，寓意深刻，許多郵票都有政治含義，闡釋著聯(lián)合國的宗旨和成就。The UNPA is the only organization permitted to issue postage stamps, even though it is not a country or a territory. It is also the only postal authority that issues stamps in three different currencies: U.S. dollars, Swiss francs and euros. The design of the United Nations stamps employs famous artists from all over the world. The stamps have novel compositions and profound meanings. The selection of the portrait of the world art master Ying Zuozhi as the UNPA stamp is a testament that the works of Ying Zuozhi have been widely loved and welcomed by people all over the world. 應(yīng)祚智巨匠現(xiàn)任廣東外語外貿(mào)大學(xué)特聘教授，廣東工貿(mào)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院產(chǎn)業(yè)教授。鑒于其在中國書畫藝術(shù)上取得的杰出成就和重大貢獻，2020年被聯(lián)合國世界非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護基金會授予“世界和平藝術(shù)家（院士）”，2021年被聯(lián)合國世界非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)保護基金會授予“中歐文化交流大使”（一級教授），2021被聯(lián)合國世界非遺基金會和歐洲郵票協(xié)會聯(lián)合授予“世界藝術(shù)巨匠郵票人物應(yīng)祚智”（特級教授），在國際上倍譽崇隆，影響巨大。Ying Zuozhi is currently a visiting professor of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and an Industry Professor at Guangdong Polytechnic of Industry & Commerce. In recognition of his outstanding achievements and contributions in traditional Chinese painting and calligraphy, he was awarded the "World Peace Artist (Academician)" by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation in 2020, and the “Europe-Chinese Cultural Exchange Ambassador” by the United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation and the “World Art Master Stamp Characters” by United Nations World Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Foundation and the European Philatelic Association in 2021.應(yīng)祚智巨匠表示，中華文化博大精深，藝術(shù)的靈魂在于信息的傳播。如何推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳播到世界，應(yīng)是當(dāng)今藝術(shù)家的責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)和歷史使命。過去傳播傳統(tǒng)文化，只是單純的通過文化來傳播文化，而此次站在國際舞臺的高度，通過聯(lián)合國郵票的的形式，將中國藝術(shù)拓展到世界各國，讓世界人民能欣賞到中國藝術(shù)，更多的了解中國藝術(shù)，這也是中國藝術(shù)對世界藝術(shù)發(fā)展的貢獻。 Ying Zuozhi believes that China has an expansive and profound culture, the essence of which needs to be spread to the world.
